At ANNA Pancakes you can not only eat American Pancakes, we offer a wide variaty of all day Brunch. We opened our doors in september 2018 for 7 days a week. We are now located at 4 locations in Utrecht on: Voor Clarenburg, Lichte Gaard, Berlijnplein and at Vredenburg square! The combination of unique and accessible locations, decorated with latest trends, combined with an up to date menu, made by food & drink lovers, makes Anna Pancakes a popular location for breakfast, lunch and in the future also dinner. We don't just choose for the cheapest ingredient, we love the ingrediënt! With a young, divers and enthusiastic team, we strive to be the favorite place of our guests and employees!

What are you going to do?
As a Chef you are ultimately responsible for the kitchen team operation, together with another Chef, Sous-Chef and kitchen staff. You have the total overview and manage and support where necessary. You are able to bring new evening shared dining menu ideas and create the matching menu to a brand new restaurant. You are solution-oriented and can make every day, a day of many smiles :-).
Who are you?
You have experience working in the kitchen with all appropriate regulations and know the full satisfaction of our Guest is the main goal. You have a passion for cooking, food & kitchen processes and are a team player. You have your social hygiene or are willing to get it on our behalf.

Type of employment: Full-time/ Part-time contract. Salary based on position and experience: €2,500.00 - €4,000.00 per month.
What are you going to do?

The Chef Serving directly supervises the serving staff at the location where he/she is currently working. In addition, you check our 4 locations in Utrecht every week by means of short location visits:
-
cake display & cooling,
-
cases,
-
stock,
-
restaurant experience,
-
cleaning,
-
etc.
and you manage the floor managers of these locations and, if they are not available, the assistant floor managers.

Who are you?
You are a people person and focus on guest experience. You are also responsible for planning, arranging and adjusting the employees' work performance and providing and supporting operational personnel management (absenteeism, performance, recruitment and selection of staff). The Serving Manager him/her self participates in the operation.
Do you already have quite some experience in the gastronomy industry, do you get along well with people and do you enjoy working in an exciting, growing and trendy organization? Do you also have your social hygiene or do you want to get it? Do you speak English and are you no nonsense and hands on? Then join ANNA's!
What do we offer?
A wonderful management function at our 4 locations in Utrecht. Salary is just simply good and is determined in consultation, depending on position and experience. You will also receive a percentage of the tips, eat and drink at our expense, we will reimburse your travel expenses and pay half of the pension. We are also happy to help you further professionalize.
